The present invention relates to a characteristic peptide segment which can be used for authenticity identification of bird's nest, which comprises 21 amino acid sequences of the peptide segment. In the identification of the authenticity of bird's nest, the sample to be tested is enzymatically hydrolyzed, then reduced and alkylated, and then separated by high performance liquid chromatography. Through high-resolution mass spectrometry analysis, the obtained protein peptides are compared with the above-mentioned characteristic peptides. . The present invention also provides a screening method for the above-mentioned characteristic peptides. The invention identifies 21 characteristic peptide segments from the bird's nest, which greatly enriches the number of characteristic peptide segments of the bird's nest, and based on the proteomics technology, the bird's nest protein and peptide segments with different molecular weights are identified by the in-gel digestion method, A screening method for characteristic peptides of bird's nest was established. |
