Porous Separation Device and Reagent Delivery Device |
abstract |
The invention of the present invention is entitled Porous Separation Device and Reagent Delivery Device. Described herein are porous separation devices configured to allow a composition comprising a target agent to be separated into multiple wells; subdivided, reconstituted into a single well; and/or reseparated into configurations of the same or different wells . Also described herein are reagent loading devices configured to deliver one or more test agents to multiple volumes simultaneously without the need for separate delivery of test agents. Taken together, these devices allow high-throughput parallel processing without the need for repetitive pipetting or liquid handling robots, although they can also be used individually. Also described herein are kits and systems for chemical or biological analysis, and methods of using the porous separation devices and reagent loading devices described herein. |
