The present application provides an RNA plasmid delivery system for the treatment of Parkinson's. The system includes a plasmid carrying an RNA fragment useful in the treatment of Parkinson's, the plasmid is capable of enriching in the organ tissue of the host, and endogenously spontaneously forms in the host organ tissue containing the A composite structure of RNA fragments capable of delivering the RNA fragments into target tissues for Parkinson's disease treatment.
