abstract |
The present invention aims to provide a method for more simply determining the risk of developing cardiovascular disease in a subject by using a blood sample. The problem is solved by the method for judging the risk of developing cardiovascular disease in the above-mentioned subject, which includes the step of capturing on a solid phase extracellular vesicles derived from a blood sample collected from the subject, and analyzing the above-mentioned extracellular vesicles. The step of measuring the alkaline phosphatase activity of the bubbles, and the measurement result of the alkaline phosphatase activity is an indicator of the risk of developing cardiovascular disease in the subject. |
