titleOfInvention Betula chinensis miR482b-5p, its precursor gene and application
abstract The present invention provides miR482b-5p, a precursor gene of Betula glabrata and its application in improving plant low phosphorus stress tolerance. The mature miR482b-5p provided by the present invention has a sequence as shown in SEQ ID No.2. The sequence of the miR482b-5p precursor gene provided by the present invention is preferably as shown in SEQ ID No. 1. Overexpression of the miR482b-5p precursor gene of P. chinensis can improve the tolerance of Arabidopsis to low phosphorus stress.
