titleOfInvention A kind of injectable marine polysaccharide full physical cross-linked hydrogel and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses an injectable marine polysaccharide full physical cross-linking hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. The invention adopts a specific two-step high temperature and high pressure method to prepare uniformly dispersed marine polycationic polysaccharide prepolymer solution, marine polyanionic polysaccharide prepolymer solution and prefabricated clay solution with high solid content. The biological phase accommodates rice clay sheets and forms a self-assembly system with strong electrostatic interaction with marine cationic polysaccharides and anionic polysaccharides, and prepares a fully physical cross-linked marine polysaccharide hydrogel with simple and safe components, good mechanical strength and injectable. Good compatibility, biodegradable, non-biological toxicity of degradable monomers, uniform and dense gel pore size distribution, and can achieve good hardness and viscosity, suitable for biomedical fields such as human tissue regeneration and repair.
