The invention relates to a method for scientifically evaluating the risk of microplastics and antibiotics compound pollution of ecological environment. The method includes: preparing a tetracycline TC solution with a concentration gradient, mixing it with small and large polystyrene plastic PS-NPs, and then stirring it evenly with the soil; burying the soaked Isatis indigotica seeds in the soil for compound stress; Isatis indigotica grows to four true leaves before stressing, sampling, and measuring the physiological changes of Isatis indigotica leaves to reflect the effect of compound pollution on isatis indigotica. This method studied the physiological effects of compound stress on Isatis indigotica leaves from three perspectives. The data reflected the ecological and environmental risks of compound pollution of polystyrene microplastics and tetracyclines with different concentrations, and provided a basis for the assessment of the ecological and environmental risks of compound pollution. |
