titleOfInvention A kind of water quality comprehensive toxicity detection system and detection method thereof
abstract The application discloses a comprehensive toxicity detection system for water quality, including a temperature control device, a liquid flow path driving device, a fluorescent signal acquisition device and a display device connected to a central processing device, as well as a capsule-embedded microfluidic chip, and a capsule-embedded microfluidic control device. The chip includes a chip substrate and a capsule-type microfluidic detection unit. The chip substrate is provided with a surrounding capsule cavity for embedding the capsule-type microfluidic detection unit. The capsule-type microfluidic detection unit is provided with a luminescent bacteria embedding pool and a sample. The luminescent bacteria embedding pool has a resuscitation fluid injection hole and a ventilation hole and is connected to the sample pool by a water sample channel. The sample pool has an injection hole for the sample to be tested. The system can avoid light interference between the detection units, and can detect at the same time. Multiple samples can realize high-throughput detection of contaminated water samples, and can reduce the consumption of detection samples and detection reagents, and reduce manual labor. The application also discloses a water quality comprehensive toxicity detection method.
