The invention belongs to the technical field of pharmaceutical crystal chemistry, and particularly relates to an anhydrous polymorph of an androgen receptor antagonist and a preparation method and application thereof. Specifically, the present invention provides four anhydrous polymorphs of the compound of formula I (with crystal forms A, B, C and D, respectively), methods for preparing each of these anhydrous polymorphs, including these anhydrous polymorphs Pharmaceutical compositions of polymorphs, and uses in the prevention, alleviation and/or treatment of diseases or conditions associated with androgen receptor activity. |
