A method for preparing a lithium-ion battery composite diaphragm. First, polyacrylonitrile PAN and polymethyl methacrylate PMMA are added to N,N-dimethylformamide in a required ratio, and the mixture is fully mixed to obtain a mixed solution. The mixed solution is centrifugally spun to obtain polyacrylonitrile PAN-polymethyl methacrylate PMMA nanofibers, and finally the nanofibers are collected and pressed at room temperature to obtain a lithium-ion battery composite diaphragm, polyacrylonitrile PAN, polymethyl methacrylate PMMA nanofibers. The percentage of the total mass of ester PMMA in the total mass of the mixed solution is 19-21%, and the mass ratio of polyacrylonitrile PAN to polymethyl methacrylate PMMA in the mixed solution is 68-72:28-32. The preparation method has the advantages of simple process and low cost, and the composite diaphragm of the lithium ion battery prepared by the method has uniform fiber diameter, good porosity and liquid absorption rate, and has high electrochemical performance. |
