The invention focuses on the research on the capsid protein-specific CD8 + T cells of the NV virus. The peptide library and peptide segments of the immunodominant response of the capsid protein are screened out by the method of in vitro detection. Then, based on the immunodominant peptide, the NV is constructed. The in vitro expansion culture system of immunodominant peptide-specific CD8 + T cells successfully cultured VP1-P23, VP2-P16 and VP2-P26-dominant peptide-specific CD8 + T cells. And on the basis of the dominant 18 peptides, the epitopes of the core short peptides were identified in turn. The norovirus-specific CD8 + T cell epitope peptide of the present invention can be used for the diagnosis of NV infection, and the predominant responses screened in past infected patients have multiple protective effects, and can be used for the research and development of antiviral infection vaccines. |
