The invention provides a biomimetic coating for a vascular stent, a vascular stent and a preparation method thereof. After the coated implant is inserted into the patient's body, the polymer matrix remains stable, with high biocompatibility and blood compatibility. The adaptive polymer can respond to excess ROS in the blood to restore the blood microenvironment, and functional molecules can interact with the blood. The reaction of blood components produces signal factors that regulate the structure of blood vessels, so as to achieve self-adaptive and intelligent response effects, and prevent problems such as hemolysis, thrombosis and cell proliferation caused by stent implantation.
