abstract | The invention discloses a metal antioxidant and its application in copper wire production. The metal antioxidant includes the following components by mass fraction: 5~15% polyvinyl alcohol, 0.5~3% emulsifier OP-10, 3~15% triethanolamine, 10~50% metal antioxidant additive, 0.2~1.5 % hydroxymethyl cellulose sodium, 3-10% 2-amino-6-thiamphenicol benzothiazole, 0.2-1.5% oleic acid, and the balance is water. Compared with the prior art, the invention adds the prepared metal antioxidant to the annealing water in the annealing process of the copper wire, which has the advantages of preventing the oxidation and blackening of the copper wire, and can effectively resist acid corrosion at the same time. |
