abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a novel two-dimensional CrX 2 (X=S or Se) material, comprising: 1) vacuuming the reaction chamber to make the background vacuum reach 1.0× 10 0 Pa-1.0×10 3 Pa; 2) Mix the chromium source and the additive material together to make the mixture form the first gaseous precursor, and process the X source to form the second gaseous precursor, wherein CrCl 3 , CrBr 3 or CrI 3 is used as the chromium source, sulfur powder, Selenium powder or H 2 S as the X source; 3) in a reducing or oxidizing atmosphere, mass transfer the first gaseous precursor and the second gaseous precursor to the substrate for chemical reaction to form a two-dimensional CrX 2 material, X=S or Se, and during the chemical reaction, the substrate adopts staged heating and constant temperature treatment. The preparation method provided by the present invention can effectively improve the yield of preparing the CrX 2 material. |
