The invention provides 4-(methylhydroxyphosphoryl)-2-carbonyl butyric acid, a key intermediate of L-glufosinate 2-(ethoxy-methylphosphoryl)-ethanol; in the carrier dispersed with copper oxide, feed oxygen to react to obtain 2-(ethoxy-methylphosphoryl)-acetaldehyde; 2-(ethoxy-methylphosphoryl)-acetaldehyde; base-methylphosphoryl)-acetaldehyde and glycine, add L-threonine acetalase, coenzyme pyridoxal phosphate, MnCl 2 , and react to obtain 4-(methylhydroxyphosphoryl)-threonine; 4 -(Methylhydroxyphosphoryl)-threonine and L-threonine deaminase react to obtain 4-(methylhydroxyphosphoryl)-2-carbonylbutyric acid through ultrafiltration. The two-step enzymatic method is adopted, no low-temperature cold source below 0°C is used, and the reaction conditions are mild. The enzymatic catalytic reaction is coupled with an ultrafiltration system, and the catalytic enzyme is recovered, and the yield is over 86%. 4-(methylhydroxyphosphoryl)-2-carbonylbutyric acid is a key intermediate in the synthesis of L-glufosinate-ammonium. |
