The invention discloses a glycopeptide compound with antiviral activity and its application in the preparation of antiviral drugs. The structure of the glycopeptide compound is shown in general formula (I), wherein R 1 is selected from N-decylaminoethyl, N-p-chlorobenzylaminoethyl, 4-trifluoromethylbenzyl , 4'-chlorobiphenylmethyl, or docosahexaenoyl; R 2 is selected from hydroxyl, hydroxylamine, 4-fluorobenzylamino, 4-cyanobenzylamino, or 4-nitrophenethyl amine group. The glycopeptide compound of the present invention has anti-new coronavirus activity, which has great potential value for making medicines for treating coronavirus infection, especially new coronavirus infection. |
