The invention belongs to the technical field of optoelectronic thin films, and specifically discloses an interface modification treatment to improve the poor wettability of a perovskite thin film on a hydrophobic hole transport layer, resulting in low thin film coverage, poor thin film quality, and easy occurrence of interface gap holes and calcium The perovskite film has holes, which leads to the low energy conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cell devices prepared by perovskite film without interface modification treatment; improving the film coverage, crystalline morphology, and interface contact of the perovskite layer, eliminating the perovskite film. The energy conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells prepared by polyethylene oxide interface modification treatment is as high as 20.11%, and it can maintain 99% of the initial efficiency for 86 days in a room temperature N2 atmosphere. |
