abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of rice photosynthesis detection, and discloses a high-throughput measurement method for the photosynthetic capacity of rice leaves. The isolated rice tillers were obtained by underwater cutting before sunrise or within one hour after sunrise, and transferred to the room; after repeated cutting in debubble distilled water, excess leaves were removed, and only the newest fully expanded leaves were kept and stored in the dark; Gas exchange measurements were performed on the leaves after preconditioning and the data were analyzed. The method of the invention achieves an average measurement throughput of 5.4 light response curves per hour, which is 3 times faster than the 1.8 light response curves per hour of the traditional method, and significantly improves the detection efficiency. |
