The present invention provides a method for obtaining the full-length genome of rape Brassica yellowing virus BrYV. Using Brassica napus leaves with BrYV virus disease symptoms as materials, an rRNA-removed rape-virus mixed sample expression library is prepared and paired-end sequencing is performed. , the sequencing results were compared with the BrYV virus reference genome data and then spliced to obtain the full-length sequence of the virus BrYV genome. This method is simple to operate. The whole process includes: sampling - RNA extraction - rRNA removal - library construction - on-machine sequencing - sequence assembly analysis, etc. High accuracy, effectively saving testing cost and time. |
