abstract The invention relates to a quinoxaline skeleton NN oxazoline ligand, a synthesis method and application thereof. A chiral oxazoline group is introduced into the 2-position of quinoxaline, and its general structural formula is: wherein, R 1 is independently selected from H, Me, Ph; wherein, R 2 is independently selected from Ph, t Bu, i Pr, Bn, Me. The preparation method includes using 2-quinoxaline carboxylic acid as a raw material, or using 4,5-dimethylphenylenediamine as a raw material, or using 4,5-dibromophenylenediamine as a raw material to generate a novel quinoxaline skeleton NN oxazoline ligands. Compared with the prior art, the synthesis of the present invention expands the scope of chiral oxazoline ligands, and provides a novel framework ligand for the field of asymmetric catalysis. The synthesis method of the invention is simple and efficient, has mild synthesis conditions, is easy to operate and has good repeatability. The prepared chiral ligand has high enantioselectivity and yield when used in the asymmetric fluorination of oxindole.
