A process for producing linear 1-hexene by ethylene oligomerization belongs to the technical field of homogeneous catalysis, and adopts a tower reactor with more than one column plate inside. The raw material ethylene is bubbled into the reactor from the bottom of the column, and the solvent and catalyst enter the reactor from the uppermost tray, and the tray in the column holds liquid. The vapor phase space above the tray is provided with a cooling coil. When the upward vapor phase passes through the coil, part of the condensate is condensed, and the condensate is all dripped back to the tray or part of the condensate is dripped back to the tray. The bubble cap of the plate is in contact with the liquid phase on the plate for mass transfer and reaction. The vapor phase that cannot be condensed on the uppermost tray is sent back to the bottom of the tower by a circulating fan, and enters the tower reactor together with the raw material ethylene. The bottom liquid phase goes to the subsequent separation unit. The production process has good heat transfer effect, stable reaction process and high 1-hexene selectivity. |
