abstract | The present application discloses a reducing solvent for preparing tin-containing perovskite and its application. The reducing solvent used in the present application for preparing tin-containing perovskite is prepared by dissolving an organic compound containing a hydrazide group with a melting point lower than 120°C in an organic solvent, wherein the organic solvent is N,N-dimethylformamide, At least one of dimethyl sulfoxide, N-methylpyrrolidone and γ-butyrolactone. When the reducing solvent of the present application is used as the solvent of the tin-containing perovskite precursor solution, it can effectively inhibit the oxidation of Sn 2+ , thereby reducing the tin defects of the prepared tin-containing perovskite thin film. Applying the tin-containing perovskite thin film thus prepared to a tin-containing perovskite solar cell device can effectively improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency and stability of the photovoltaic device. |
