abstract | The embodiments of the present invention design the field of detection equipment, and provide a single particle mass spectrometer, a laser ionization device and a laser ionization method thereof. The laser ionization device includes a traction electric field generating mechanism, a timing control board, an ionization pulse laser, a sample injection module for injecting aerosol particle beams, three detection laser generators, and three photodetectors corresponding to them one by one. The ionization pulse laser includes a pump module, a gain medium and a Q switch; the timing control board is connected in communication with the pump module and the Q switch. The timing control board calculates the triggering time t 3 of the pump module according to the time received by the first two photodetectors. The timing control board detects the signal of the second photodetector and triggers the pump module after the time t 3 . The Q-switch is triggered after the signal from the third photodetector. The single particle mass spectrometer includes the above-described laser ionization device. The laser ionization method includes using the above-mentioned device for laser ionization. The above-mentioned device has a high ionization strike rate. |
