By optimizing the sample extraction buffer, the invention can quickly process a large number of plant samples and simultaneously detect a variety of pesticides; by using salting-out extraction and solid-phase extraction treatment, pigments and qualitative impurities in the sample can be quickly removed, and the extraction time can be shortened. Within 1.5 hours, the problem that the pretreatment period of pesticide residue detection is usually long is solved; the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method is used to improve the separation effect, and 263 kinds of pesticides and metabolites can be detected at the same time with high throughput; the invention can improve the pesticides in plants.
