titleOfInvention A kind of precipitation-strengthened high-strength oxidation-resistant iron-based superalloy and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a precipitation-strengthened high-strength anti-oxidation iron-based superalloy, which in terms of mass percentage of raw materials, comprises the following elements: Al 1.5-3.5%; Ti 1.2-2.8%; Ni 24-30%; Cr 13- 16%; Mo≤2.0%; Mn≤1.0%; C 0.02~0.2%; B≤0.05%; Si≤1.0%; the balance is Fe. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the precipitation-strengthened high-strength anti-oxidation iron-based superalloy. The invention reasonably regulates the element content of Ni, Al and Ti, ensures the existence of Ni 3 (Al, Ti) precipitation phase with high volume fraction of the alloy during service, and obtains good high temperature mechanical properties; During service, the surface of the alloy forms an alumina oxide layer with a slow growth rate and good thermal stability, which has excellent oxidation resistance; the mechanical properties and oxidation resistance of the alloy are significantly better than those of precipitation hardening iron-based superalloys widely used in industry. GH2132 (Chinese grade) or IncoloyA‑286 (American grade), and the material cost is similar to IncoloyA‑286/GH2132, which has a very broad application prospect.
