abstract | The invention belongs to the field of chitosan oligosaccharide production, and relates to a production method for preparing high-activity chitosan oligosaccharide by using Alaskan snow crab as a raw material. The production methods include raw material pretreatment, biological enzymolysis, filtration, nanofiltration and spray drying. The preparation method is as follows: taking Alaskan snow crab chitosan as raw material, adding acid for swelling pretreatment, increasing the contact area between chitosan and enzyme, and realizing the effectiveness of biological enzymolysis. An appropriate amount of specific and high enzyme activity chitosan endonuclease is added to carry out the enzymatic hydrolysis reaction, while stirring at a constant temperature to obtain a chitosan oligosaccharide solution. After the impurities are removed by filtration, the monomeric glucosamine with lower activity is removed by nanofiltration to obtain chitosan oligosaccharide with a content of more than 95%, and the chitosan oligosaccharide is obtained by spray drying. The present invention realizes narrow molecular weight distribution of chitosan oligosaccharide through pressure-driven membrane separation technology, and obtains high activity chitosan oligosaccharide. This product is a yellowish powder, the product does not contain monosaccharides, with stable quality and high content. |
