In the invention, the water-emulsion polydimethylsiloxane PDMS cyclic oligomer emulsion and the ethylene vinyl acetate emulsion are mixed as the binder, and the prepared composition has good properties for the aluminum base material and the fiber-reinforced plastic mixed base material. Adhesion, elastic deformation, excellent weather resistance; by adding flame retardant materials composed of phosphorus-containing substances, polyhydroxy compounds, nitrogen-containing compounds and high-temperature-resistant chopped fibers, the composition can be exposed to fire or high temperature.
