The invention relates to a low-temperature curing phosphate protective coating and a preparation and curing method thereof. The coating is composed of metal powder, a phosphate binder, a modified metal oxide or hydroxide, a passivator and deionized water. The modified metal oxide or hydroxide is prepared from 20-50% metal oxide or hydroxide, 0-5% activator, 1-10% coating agent and 40-75% deionized water . Using phosphate as the base resin, metal powder as the main functional pigment and filler, and using modified metal oxide or hydroxide as the low-temperature cross-linking agent, the coating obtained after curing of the prepared coating has good high temperature resistance. , salt spray resistance, damp heat resistance, oxidation resistance, erosion resistance, resistance to various fuels, lubricating oils, etc., and has good adhesion and matching with the substrate, especially under the coexistence of salt spray, damp heat, oxidation, and high temperature conditions.
