The polyurethane elastomer of the present invention comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 57-65 parts of polyether polyol, 12-25 parts of polymer polyol, 15-23 parts of isocyanate, 2-8 parts of chain extender, and 0.3-25 parts of catalyst 0.75 parts and a solvent; the catalyst is tetrabutyl titanate, and the solvent is ethanol. The polymer polyol is a graft copolymer of styrene, acrylonitrile and polyether polyol, with a solid content of 30‑45%; polyether polyol is preferably glycerol as a starter, 7‑15% ethylene oxide The alkane-terminated vinyl polyether triol has a molecular weight of 3000-5000, and the combination of polyether polyol and polymer polyol improves the mechanical properties and wear resistance of the obtained polyurethane elastomer. The thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer prepared by the invention has high mechanical strength, excellent wear resistance, simplified processing technology and is suitable for large-scale production. |
