titleOfInvention | A method for synthesizing hydroxytyrosol by simulating enzyme-catalyzed reaction |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for simulating the catalytic activity of tyrosine hydroxylase and using tyrosol as a substrate for biomimetic synthesis of hydroxytyrosol. The bionic system consists of ascorbic acid, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), hydrogen peroxide and ferrous sulfate solution. The invention comprises the following steps: preparing a buffer solution with an acidic pH, and using the buffer solution to prepare solutions of tyrosol, ascorbic acid, EDTA, hydrogen peroxide and ferrous sulfate respectively; adding a quencher after a water bath to terminate the reaction. The method for synthesizing hydroxytyrosol has high yield, fast production rate, simple steps, easy operation and environmental friendliness. |
