titleOfInvention A predictive model for distant metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of nasopharyngeal carcinoma metastasis prediction, and discloses a nasopharyngeal carcinoma distant metastasis prediction model. Perform detection; S2, follow up patients as planned, and evaluate long-term efficacy and survival; S3, use Kaplan-Meier method to calculate metastasis-free survival rate and overall survival rate. Cox regression analysis showed that the concentration of EBV DNA before treatment and the concentration of EBV DNA after treatment were both risk factors for metastasis-free survival. Further, the changes of EBV DNA concentration before and after treatment were comprehensively analyzed for survival, and the results showed whether the concentration of EBV DNA after treatment decreased to 0 is the most important prognostic factor affecting metastasis-free survival, because it is known that the plasma EBV DNA concentration in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma before and after treatment, especially whether it can be reduced to 0 after treatment, can predict the occurrence of distant metastasis, which is expected to be an important factor for radiochemotherapy. Comprehensive treatment screens high-risk patients and guides the selection of the combination mode of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
