The liquid and mixed liquid after mixing the microbial bacterial liquid and the fixative are used in the order of deep hole grouting, and the mixed liquid is penetrated into the soil layer around the tunnel through the overflow hole of the steel flower pipe by using a grouting pump. Under the reinforcement of microorganisms, the compressive strength, shear strength and liquefaction resistance of the silt and sand around the tunnel are significantly improved. For example, after 3 days of reinforcement, a core-pulling sampling is carried out. Most of the soil pores after reinforcement have been filled with calcium carbonate, and the soil strength is greatly improved.
