titleOfInvention | A kind of method for enzyme-catalyzed glucose co-production of fructose and gluconic acid or gluconate |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for co-producing fructose and gluconic acid or gluconate from glucose catalyzed by enzymes. The method takes D-glucose as a raw material, firstly adding glucose isomerase, converting D-glucose into D-fructose, removing the glucose isomerase after the reaction, and terminating the mutual conversion reaction between D-glucose and D-fructose Then, in the reaction solution, add glucose oxidase and catalase to convert unconverted D-glucose into gluconic acid. The generated gluconic acid is separated from D-fructose using an anion exchange resin to obtain high-purity D-fructose and gluconic acid, respectively. Gluconic acid can react with metal base solution to generate corresponding gluconate. The invention utilizes enzyme catalysis and a simple separation method to obtain high-purity D-fructose and gluconic acid or gluconate, with simple process and high efficiency, can reduce the production cost of D-fructose, increase product types, and has broad industrial application prospects. |
