abstract | The present disclosure relates to a radiant heat flow control device based on a semiconductor micro-nano array structure and an application thereof. The radiant heat flow control device includes a first radiator and a second radiator arranged oppositely, and the first radiator includes a micro-nano array structure. The semiconductor material layer, the semiconductor material layer contains one or both of an intrinsic semiconductor material and a doped semiconductor material with a carrier doping concentration of less than 10 14 cm -3 . The present disclosure realizes efficient regulation of near-field radiation heat flow by using a semiconductor material layer with a micro-nano array structure and utilizing the change of the local electromagnetic density of states caused by the change of the carrier concentration inside the semiconductor material with the temperature. The radiant heat flow control device provided by the present disclosure can realize functions such as thermal diodes, thermal triodes, thermal switches, etc. by changing the triggering mechanism or combining with other components. |
