abstract | The invention discloses a method for detecting sulfhydryl compounds in urine based on concave gold nanoparticles. First, a tetrachloroauric acid solution is used as a raw material to obtain concave gold nanoparticles, and then the concave gold nanoparticles are obtained based on sulfhydryl compounds. The strong inhibition of the catalytic ability of the nanoparticles enables the detection of thiol compounds in urine. The specific method is: draw a standard curve of concentration-absorbance value change value; then dilute the urine sample to replace the reduced glutathione solution, measure the absorbance value change value with an ultraviolet spectrophotometer, and determine the sulfhydryl compounds in the urine sample according to the standard curve content. The method of the invention is simple, the detection sensitivity is high, and the detection lower limit can reach 0.1 nM. |
