The method for inducing excitatory neurons by pluripotent stem cells disclosed in the present invention comprises culturing human pluripotent stem cells in culture medium II, N2 medium, N2+lamin medium, N2B27 medium and neuron medium in sequence, to obtain Excitatory neurons; the method for inducing pluripotent stem cells to produce inhibitory neurons includes culturing human embryonic stem cells in hES medium, NIM medium, NIM+pur medium, VPA medium, and NDM medium in sequence to obtain inhibitory neurons. The method of the invention is simple, can effectively reduce the induction time, and can differentiate into neurons in a single direction at the same time.
