titleOfInvention Production method of a stable primary hepatocyte kit
abstract The invention discloses a production method of a stable primary hepatocyte kit. Primary hepatocytes obtained by perfusion and digestion, extraction, purification, and culture were preserved in the following preservation solutions: 10-40% fetal bovine serum, 8-12% dimethyl sulfoxide, 2-5% sulfonic acid salicylic acid, 5-10% acetamide, 4-10% spirulina polysaccharide, 0.5-2% penicillin, 10-20% glycerol, 0.5-3% taurine, 6- 11% inositol galactoside, adjusted to pH 7.2-7.4 with phosphate buffer potassium dihydrogen phosphate and disodium hydrogen phosphate. The primary hepatocyte kit prepared by the invention has longer storage time, convenient transportation, and can be used after resuscitation. It can be conveniently and widely used in various corresponding studies.
