The invention discloses a nanocellulose-enhanced sodium alginate hydrogel and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method utilizes dialdehyded sodium alginate and gelatin to form a Schiff base hydrogel, and uses highly purified biocompatible Precursor polymers that do not contain any toxic initiators, UV light or any other toxic monomers, and can be chemically cross-linked to form a covalent network. Second, bis-aldehyde alginate has a faster degradation rate and more active groups than natural alginate. The present invention adopts natural macromolecular nanocellulose as a reinforcing agent, and utilizes physical cross-linking to construct a hydrogel with an interpenetrating network structure, thereby improving interfacial interaction and crack resistance, and improving the mechanical strength of the material, so that the mechanical properties can meet the requirements of tissue engineering scaffolds. Requirements for materials and structures. |
