The invention discloses a method for synthesizing PEW-g-(MAH-co-DOM) micropowder based on binary grafting monomers. The method steps are as follows: S1: preparation of MAH-DOM mixed solution: under nitrogen atmosphere, maleic anhydride and maleic anhydride and Dioctyl maleate is heated and dissolved to obtain MAH-DOM mixed solution; S2: the synthesis of PEW-g-(MAH-co-DOM) micropowder: the MAH described in polyethylene wax, azobisisobutyronitrile and S1 ‑DOM mixed solution is placed in a ball mill for grafting reaction, and after the reaction, PEW‑g‑(MAH‑co‑DOM) micropowder is obtained after drying and grinding. The synthesis method of the invention improves the grafting rate and grafting efficiency of maleic anhydride and dioctyl maleate, and at the same time, the reaction is carried out under air conditions, and the oxidation of the product can still be effectively avoided, which is beneficial to industrial production. |
