The invention relates to the technical field of biological products, in particular to a tick-borne encephalitis virus virus-like particle vaccine and a preparation method thereof. The immunogenic component of the tick-borne encephalitis virus virus-like particle vaccine is the tick-borne encephalitis virus prM-E protein; the tick-borne encephalitis virus prM-E protein includes the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO.1 . The invention adopts the insect cell-baculovirus expression system to express and purify the specific structural protein prM-E protein of tick-borne encephalitis virus to obtain a tick-borne encephalitis virus-like particle. The tick-borne encephalitis virus-like particles provided by the invention have good immunogenicity, can induce specific immune responses in mice, and have a good preventive effect on tick-borne encephalitis. |
