The preparation method is as follows: firstly, Al 2 O 3 is used to wrap and modify the surface of CCTO to prepare alumina-coated copper calcium titanate (CCTO@AO) with a core-shell structure, and then CCTO@AO is prepared by in-situ polymerization. /PI composite solution, after high temperature sintering, the CCTO@AO/PI composite film can be obtained. And by preparing fillers with a core-shell structure, we can try to improve the interfacial bonding and improve the dispersion to achieve the purpose of improving the comprehensive properties of the composite film, especially the improvement of dielectric properties and processing properties.
