abstract The invention discloses a method for improving the ability of Cabernet Sauvignon grape seedlings to resist the freezing injury of late spring, and relates to the technical field of grape planting. In the present invention, an aqueous solution of melatonin is sprayed on the leaves of Cabernet Sauvignon grape seedlings in the dark, and the concentration of the aqueous solution of melatonin is 50-200 μmol/L. The invention can remarkably improve the ability of seedlings to resist the freezing injury of late spring, identify the cold resistance of seedling leaves, the reactive oxygen damage substances H 2 O 2 and O 2 .- are remarkably reduced, and the activities of antioxidant enzymes SOD, POD and CAT are remarkably improved.
