The invention discloses a super-hydrophobic anti-pollution flashover coating based on a micro-nano structure and a preparation method thereof. The super-hydrophobic coating mainly comprises the following components: 50-80 parts of polysiloxane, 5-40 parts of fluorosilicone rubber, and filler. 15-40 parts, 0.01-0.02 parts of catalyst, 20-50 parts of solvent, 0.01-0.02 parts of color paste, 8-15 parts of curing agent, 5-10 parts of coupling agent; the preparation method has low cost and is easy to prepare. In the present invention, a layer of nano-super-hydrophobic coating is constructed by using the low surface energy of fluorine-containing silicone rubber and adding micro-nano particles of different particle sizes. The super-hydrophobic coating utilizes the principle of bionics to increase the surface roughness, thereby improving the surface hydrophobicity. By adjusting the particle size and addition amount of the micro-nano filler, it can show different degrees of hydrophobicity, realize the super-hydrophobicity of the coating, and expand the application range of the RTV coating. |
