The present invention relates to methods and compositions for the detection, identification and treatment of glaucoma disease. Furthermore, the present invention discloses compositions and methods for affecting intraocular pressure and increasing ocular fluid outflow in glaucoma. Compositions for treating glaucoma disease in a subject, reducing intraocular pressure in a subject, and/or reducing extracellular vesicle complexes in an eye of a subject are provided. |
