titleOfInvention | A fiber optic chemiluminescence biosensor with multi-index and adjustable linear range based on polymer sleeve embedding and supporting equipment |
abstract | The invention discloses an optical fiber chemiluminescence biosensor with multi-index and adjustable linear range based on the embedding of a polymer sleeve and matching equipment. By embedding a polymer sleeve on the optical fiber, the bio-recognition molecule is fixed on the sleeve by physical adsorption, and the optical fiber probe modified with the specific bio-recognition molecule is prepared. By modifying different bio-recognition molecules on sleeves of different sizes and assembling them into strings, which are used as carriers for multi-index detection, the simultaneous detection of multiple targets in the same sample is realized. The invention simplifies the production process of the optical fiber chemiluminescence probe, avoids the use of chemical reagents when the surface of the optical fiber is coupled with biological recognition molecules, and can achieve adjustable linear range and simultaneous multi-target objects through the controllable assembly and series combination of the sleeve. Detection, reducing the cost of detection, combined with portable detection equipment can achieve rapid on-site detection. |
