titleOfInvention | A kind of anticorrosion agent for passivation treatment silver-plated copper wire surface and using method |
abstract | The invention relates to an anti-corrosion agent for the surface of a passivation-treated silver-plated copper wire and a method for using the same, comprising an anti-corrosion agent I and an anti-corrosion agent II. The mass percentage of the anti-corrosion agent I is as follows: film-forming agent: 1.2-2.0%; oxidizing agent: 0.35-0.5 %; stabilizer: 1.1-2.2%; film-forming accelerator: 0.22-0.54%; the rest is deionized water. The mass percentage of the anti-corrosion agent II is as follows: 65-75% of self-assembly agent; solvent: 24.8-34.8%; surfactant: 0.2%. The silver-plated copper wire is passivated in anti-corrosion agent I alone for 20~40 seconds, which can meet the aerospace industry standard; silver-plated copper wire has been passivated twice in anti-corrosion agent I and anti-corrosion agent II successively. The three test results of the salt spray test and the accelerated aging test at 60°C have been significantly improved, and the effect of long-term anti-corrosion can be achieved. |
