The urine PCR kit provided by the present invention takes the patient's urine as a sample to detect the relative expression of miRNA-142-3p in the urine, as an index in the IgA nephropathy prediction model, and improves the prediction of the progression and prognosis of IgA nephropathy accuracy. The urine PCR kit provided by the invention solves the technical problems such as long detection time, large damage to the body, limited application scope, complicated detection steps and difficult promotion caused by the need for renal biopsy in the current prediction model. The urine PCR kit provided by the invention can be used to realize a method for evaluating the prognosis of IgA nephropathy with inorganic body trauma, short detection time, wide application range and simple detection steps.
