Utilize the ultra-high specificity of MDREs for methylated DNA, efficient bicyclic cascade amplification, and high signal-to-noise ratio of luminescent RNA aptamer-fluorophore pairs. Compared with the reported DNA MTase assays, this nanosensor has distinct advantages: (1) ensure accurate quantification of low-abundance DNA MTases; (2) significantly improve the amplification efficiency; (3) achieve high signal-to-noise ratios Label-free and simultaneous detection of multiple DNA MTases; detection in a label-free manner, which is easy to operate and reduces costs.
