A preparation method of a magnetic nano catalytic unit and application thereof. The microenvironment of the free amino covalently immobilized protease was modified in a step-by-step chimeric manner by chelating metal ions with carboxymethyl chitosan. With soft magnetic nanoparticles as the core and chitosan and other polymers as the outer shell, a magnetically responsive nano-catalytic unit of functionalized coating is constructed to enhance the effect on proteolysis and oil extraction. The electrostatic interaction between metal ions and protease makes it easier for protease to hydrolyze silkworm chrysalis protein, and the mixture of silkworm chrysalis protein and polypeptide can be obtained while obtaining silkworm chrysalis oil. Meanwhile, the magnetic response property can realize the recovery and reuse of immobilized enzyme. |
