An ultraviolet blocking agent, which is prepared by dispersing nano-oxides with a particle size of 10-100nm in ethylene glycol, and the mass fraction of the nano-oxides is 15-75%, wherein the nano-oxides are zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, One or more of silicon oxides. The present invention initially has a blocking effect on PET polyester below 380 nm by using inorganic nano oxide as the ultraviolet blocking agent. In order to ensure the transparency of PET and further expand its ultraviolet blocking range, the synergistic effect of inorganic nano oxides and organic blocking agents is used to further improve the blocking effect of PET polyester on ultraviolet rays. The covalently modified organic/inorganic composite UV blocking agent not only effectively reduces the agglomeration of nano-oxides, significantly improves its dispersibility, but also strengthens the synergistic blocking effect of inorganic nano-oxides and organic blocking agents. |
